Synopsis:

When everyone is rushing to escape a fire, a few brave people rush to jump right into it. Firefighters risk their own lives to protect others, and Daigo Asahina has always dreamed of becoming one.

The manga debuted in October 2020 in Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Magazine Weekly Shonen Sunday between August 1995 and June 1999, with a total of 20 volumes.

Finally, the manga was adapted into a film by Sunrise , which premiered in July 1999 under the title Megumi no Daigo: Kajiba no Baka Yarou .
