The film Misaki no Mayoiga ( The House of the Lost on the Cape ) has a trailer . According to the official website , the animation arrives on August 27th in cinemas in Japan.

Therefore, the animation is from the studio David Production (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Cells at Work!), directed by Shinya Kawatsura (Non Non Biyori).
Synopsis:
The story takes place in a traditional Japanese house called “ Mayoiga ” ( name derived from the Japanese folk concept of an abandoned but well-preserved house ) from where you can see the sea and feel the touch of nostalgic warmth.
Finally, the light novel Misaki no Mayoiga was published in 2015, winning the Noma Children's literature award the following year.
