The official website for the anime Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid S posted a PV for an episode that did not air this season, but will be included in the “Volume S” Blu-ray version.
The episode titled “Nippon no Omotenashi (Attend wa Dragon Desu)” (Japanese Hospitality (My Assistant is a Dragon)).

Synopsis
Miss. Kobayashi, who is an ordinary employee who leads a very ordinary life and lives alone in a small apartment, however, one day she saves the life of a female dragon in trouble. This dragon, called Tooru, is capable of transforming into an adorable human girl who will do anything to return your gesture, no matter what Miss wants. Kobayashi or not! ooru thinks of humans as inferior and foolish, but having been saved by Kobayashi-san she does everything she can to pay off the debt and help her with various things, although not everything goes according to plan.

Tatsuya Ishihara ( Sound! Euphonium ) is directing the anime at Kyoto Animation . Yuka Yamada returns to supervise the script. Miku Kadowaki returns to do character design while Nobuaki Maruki returns as chief animation director.
Shouko Ochiai ( Tsrune ) is the art director, replacing Mikiko Watanabe. Norihiro Tomiita ( Koe no Katachi ) returns as 3D director and Joji Unoguchi returns as 3D artist. Hiroki Ueda is the director of photographic composition. Azumi Hata is the key color artist. Yota Tsuruoka returns as sound director while Masumi Itou is returning to compose the soundtrack at Lantis .
Furthermore, the first season of the anime premiered in Japan in January 2017, with 13 episodes and an OVA, the anime was licensed and broadcast by Crunchyroll in Brazil.
Finally, Coolkyoushinja launched Miss Kobaiashi's Dragon Maid in Futabasha 's Monthly Action in May 2013, with 10 volumes to date.
