The official website for the anime “Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury” revealed this Thursday )4) that its second season will air with a special recap episode on May 14th, instead of its sixth episode. (the 18th overall episode of the anime).
Mobile Gundam: The Witch from Mercury – Recap episode will air in May
The recap episode will therefore look back at the events of the first five episodes of the second season (episodes 13-17 overall in the series). The fifth episode will air this Sunday as scheduled.
The second season premiered in Japan on April 9.
On the other hand, the first season of the anime premiered in Japan in October 2022, it is worth remembering that it received a special on November 13th of that same year, delaying the broadcast of the seventh episode.
The anime announced on February 21 that Yume Miyamoto will return in the role of Nika Nanaura in the second part of the anime, after a brief hiatus due to health problems.
Hiroshi Kobayashi, who directed the original KIZNAIVER anime at studio TRIGGER, is directing the series at studio Sunrise alongside Code Geass co-creator Ichiro Okouchi as the series' writer and composer.

Synopsis
