Modest Heroes ( Chiisana Eiyū: Kani to Tamago to Tōmei Ningen ) new animation from Studio Ponoc gained its first trailer with the ending theme “Sayonara Eiyū” in the voice of Kaela Kimura.
Furthermore, all anime is developed by the Ponoc studio with important names from the mega-known Ghibli. The film will be divided into an anthology of short films later separated by volumes.
Kanini to Kanino
The first short focuses on an adventure-oriented narrative with a pair of crab brothers, directed by Hiromasa Yonebayashi (Mary and the Witch's Flower).
Samurai Egg
The second story is about family love between mother and son, directed by Yoshiyuki Momose (Hotaru no Haka).
Toumei Ningen
Finally, the story of the third short will focus on action about the lonely struggle of an invisible man, and is directed by Akihiko Yamashita (Howl's Moving Castle).
