The official website for Momo Kyun Sword released its first promotional video this weekend. The video features the opening theme song, "Momoiro Fantasia," voiced by actress Haruka Chisuga .
The story begins with a woman resembling Momotarō , a famous character from Japanese folklore. Momoko is a beautiful young swordswoman born inside a peach (momo in Japanese). She lives with her companions—protected by the dog god Inugami, the monkey god Sarugami, and the pheasant god Kijigami—in a peaceful paradise. However, an army of demons led by the demon king invades paradise and steals the precious treasure that protects Momoko's land.
