Fanservice is an ever-present element in the "Monogatari Series" franchise, and the most recent episode did not disappoint. Currently, the "Nademonogatari" arc is being adapted, focusing on "Nadeko Draw." In it, Nadeko Sengoku's parents pressure her to finish high school and get a job, which goes against her desires to improve her manga artist skills.
To help her, Yotsugi Ononoki suggests that she make four copies of herself, who will work as her manga assistants. Thus, “Nadeko Bake” (Shy), “Nadeko Nise” (Flirty), “Nadeko Otori” (Antisocial), and “Nadeko Medusa” (Goddess) are born. However, the copies escape, and Nadeko needs to retrieve them.
After a full day of chasing, Nadeko falls into the trap of "Goddess Nadeko," who has created hundreds of shikigami (servant spirits) in her likeness, walking around the library wearing only bloomers. This scene became a major highlight, as fans who had read the original work did not expect such a faithful adaptation in the anime .
It's worth remembering that "Monogatari Series: Off & Monster Season" is not a television anime, being broadcast directly on streaming platforms in Japan (appearing as an ONA on MyAnimeList). This allows for greater creative freedom, something much appreciated by fans, who quickly commented on this memorable scene.
