Fuji TV announced this Friday that it will open a new slot in its programming dedicated to anime, airing the anime adaptation of the game Monster Hunter Stories in mid-2016, for the first time in 10 years. The RPG game will also be released in 2016 for Nintendo 3DS .
The new broadcast time for the anime will be from 6:00-7:00 AM Japan time. The last time Fuji TV did something similar with its programming was when it began airing the One Piece at 9:30 AM on Sundays on October 1, 2006.

The game has been in production at Capcom for over 5 years. It will be released for Nintendo 3DS in 2016
