Synopsis

The story takes place in a world where everyone is assigned a class and skillset at birth. But one boy, the son of an archmage and a swordswoman princess, turned out to be an exception: he wasn't assigned a class at all. Now, all that's left for him is to follow his own path, strive to the fullest, and carve out the destiny of a completely unusual hero.

Mushoku no Eiyuu is a Japanese light novel written by Shichio Kuzu and illustrated by Yumehito Ueda . However, the work began its online publication in November 2017 on the website Shōsetsuka ni Narō . Due to the success of the work, Earth Star Entertainment acquired the series and released four physical volumes between July 2018 and June 2019, under the Earth Star Novel .

Additionally, the story gained a manga adaptation illustrated by Akio Nanae , which has been in publication since November 2018 in Comic Earth Star .
