The official website for the anime Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu, inspired by the light novel of the same name by Rifujin na Magonote, revealed on Monday that the second part of the anime will premiere on October 3, 2021. Furthermore, the website also revealed a new visual:
Funimation stream the second part of the Mushoku Tensei anime this fall (spring in Brazil). The anime staff delayed production from July to October due to "various circumstances."
The first part of the anime premiered on January 10th on Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, and BS11.
Synopsis
The story follows a thirty-four-year-old unemployed otaku who hits a dead end in life and decides it's time to turn over a new leaf – he gets hit by a car and dies! He is reborn in the body of a child in a strange new world of swords and magic.
His new identity is Rudeus Grayrat, but he still retains the memories of his previous life. Follow Rudeus from childhood to adulthood as he struggles to redeem himself in a wondrous but dangerous world.
Staff
Manabu Okamoto will direct the anime at Studio Bind . EGG FIRM is also credited with production. Kazutaka Sugiyama (animation director on Darling in the FRANXX) is doing the character design. Yuiko Ohara produced, wrote, scored, and sang the opening and ending theme songs for the series.
Finally, Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the light novel and manga adaptation by Yuka Fujikawa.
