The official website for the anime Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation has revealed that the sequel will premiere in October . It was originally scheduled to premiere in July , but the staff stated that the sequel had to be postponed due to " various circumstances ."

Additionally, the website also confirmed that the release of the third and fourth Blu-ray discs will also be delayed. The third disc has therefore been postponed from October 20 to January 19, while the fourth disc has been postponed from December 22 to March 16.
The first episode of the anime Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation premiered on Tokyo MX , KBS Kyoto and BS11 on January 10.
