The official website for the anime Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation released a promotional video on Wednesday dedicated to the side episode that will be released alongside the anime's fourth Blu-ray volume on March 16.

The site also revealed that Ryota Ohsaka will voice the new character Cliff .
The episode's title is "Eris no Goblin Toubatsu." Episode 16 of the anime aired on October 31st and showed the reunion of Rudeus and his father Paul. However, it didn't show what Eris and Ruijerd did during that same period. The companion episode will then show what happened that day.
The first part of the Mushoku Tensei anime premiered in January 2021, while the second part premiered on October 3.
