Following the trailer, Boku no Hero Academia (My Hero Academia) has received a new promotional image for the second season of the anime adaptation. The new arc will consist of 25 episodes and is scheduled to premiere on July 8th.
The story of Boku no Hero Academia follows Izuku Midoriya, a young man who doesn't have special powers and lives in a world where it's common for people to have them. Even so, he dreams of one day becoming a Hero.
The series is from Studio Bones (Fullmetal Alchemist), directed by Kenji Nagasaki (No. 6), with a script by Yousuke Kuroda (Gundam Build Fighters, Honey and Clover, Trigun) and character designs by Yoshihiko Umakoshi (Air Master, Heartcatch Precure!, Berserk).
