The 7th season of the anime "Boku no Hero Academia" is already in production, and, as such, a new image has been released.

However, it's worth noting that the new season does not yet have a set premiere date.

The first part of the sixth season premiered on October 1, 2022, and its continuation on February 11 in Japan, totaling 25 episodes. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime as it airs in Japan.

Thus, the first season of the anime, consisting of 13 episodes, began in April 2016. Following that, the second season, with 25 episodes, premiered in April 2017, while the third season, also with 25 episodes, was released in April 2018. Then, the fourth season, with 25 episodes, was broadcast in Japan starting in October 2019.

Furthermore, a two-episode OVA special aired in Japan in August 2020, while Funimation and Crunchyroll streamed the episodes. Finally, the highly anticipated fifth season of the anime premiered in Japan in March 2021 and aired for a total of 25 episodes. More recently, a new two-episode OVA arrived in Japan in June 2022.

Synopsis

Throughout his life, Izuku dreamed of being a hero—an ambitious goal for anyone, but especially challenging for a boy without superpowers. That's right: in a world where 80% of the population has some kind of special Quirk, Izuku had the misfortune of being born completely normal. But that won't stop him from enrolling in one of the world's most prestigious hero academies.
