The official website for the My Home Hero revealed the first preview, cast, staff and premiere date for April 2023.
Check out the preview
Despite being a very modest preview, we can see that it is an anime with an adult atmosphere, with a heavier theme about murder inserted in the nucleus of a normal family. In other words, we can expect an unusual story with a suspense style that we see in Japanese films. Seinen audiences tend to be strict, but My Home Hero seems to have potential.
Synopsis
Tetsuo Tosu, an ordinary salaryman, discovers that his daughter, Reika, has been physically abused by her boyfriend, Nobuto Matori. Trying to find out more about him, Tetsuo discovers Matori's scheme to extort money from Reika's wealthy grandparents and discovers that he is a member of a crime syndicate, with a history of murdering his ex-girlfriends. Filled with anger and fear at the thought of his daughter being in danger, Tetsuo makes a one-way decision.
