A website released this Tuesday (16), a trailer to announce the anime of the manga ' My New Boss Is Goofy ' ( Atarashii Jōshi wa Do Tennen ) by author Dan Ichikawa .

In addition to the teaser, the website revealed promotional arts, main cast and main team.
The author also drew an illustration to commemorate the adaptation's announcement:
The anime's main cast includes (in the order the teaser introduces the characters):
- Yuichiro Umehara as Yūsei Shirosaki
- Kōtarō Nishiyama as Kentarō Momose
- Tomokazu Sugita as Mitsuo Aoyama
- Jun Fukuyama as Aigo Kinjo
- Hiro Shimono as Hakutou
As such, Noriyuki Abe (Bleach, Ōoku: The Inner Chambers) is directing the anime at A-1 Pictures , and Masahiro Yokotani (Beelzebub, The Devil Is a Part-Timer!) is in charge of the series' scripts.
Synopsis
The workplace comedy follows the story of Kentarō Momose, a 26-year-old office worker. After leaving his previous job due to harassment from his old boss, he is now worried that his new boss will do the same. However, his anxiety is quickly alleviated when he meets Yūsei Shirosaki, his new boss, who is so laid back and awkward that all tension disappears.
