original anime Nakitai Watashi wa Neko wo Kaburu was announced this Tuesday (28). The anime in film format will be produced by the studio Colorido, and will be directed by Junichi Sato and Tomotaka Shibayama, and written by Mari Okada.
The anime follows Miyo Sasaki, a girl who discovers that by wearing a cat mask, she can transform into one. She uses this newfound power to get closer to Kento Hinode, the boy she loves, and get his attention. However, she discovers that her bond with the cat goes a little further than expected.
The anime will premiere on June 6th in Japanese theaters!
