Since Masashi Kishimoto finished his manga in November 2014, Shueisha has published 10 novels based on the saga, 6 of which are from the Hiden (Hidden Legend) series, each based on a character from the franchise.
After the end of the first 6 novels, a new sequence of novels called Shinden began to be released, which includes the 3 novels.
