Naruto Shippuden Board Game Launches Crowdfunding Campaign

The official Naruto Shippuden Battle board game launched a crowdfunding campaign this Wednesday on Gamefound. Developed by the studio This is a GAME and published by Don’t Panic Games, the title is officially licensed by the franchise.

The game brings together 2 to 4 players, who must form teams of three characters to compete for objectives and earn victory points. The campaign will run until October 9 and has set a goal of 35,000 euros, around US$40,300.

The project has already surpassed its initial goal, raising a total of 146,287 euros, approximately US$168,000, as of publication.
Campaign rewards

All backers will receive a Naruto miniature in Sage Mode, regardless of their pledge level. Higher tiers also include additional battlefields, extra miniatures, acrylic markers, and other items.
The franchise will also get a new Naruto Card Game, a trading card game scheduled for a worldwide release in 2027. Don’t Panic Games previously released Cowboy Bebop, the Role-Playing Game, a tabletop RPG based on the series, in 2022.
