My name is Rafael Alves, known as Shinzo. I created the AnimeNew website in 2009 to offer news about anime, manga, and games directly from Japan.

According to information from the company Animax, the classic Naruto series will receive an HD remaster. The anime began airing in Japan in 2002, and due to the passage of time, new technologies have been updated, such as resolutions and sound; this is said to be the reason for the remaster.

There will be no cuts to filler or editing of problematic scenes; initially, everything will remain as in the final cut. We still don't have a release date for this remastered version in Brazil.

Note: Boruto is the current saga that continues the Naruto universe!

The manga, written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto, revolves around Uzumaki Naruto, a ninja child who dreams of becoming Hokage (the ninja leader of his village). It is divided into two parts, covering his pre-adolescence and adolescence. The first series had 220 episodes, while the second, called Naruto Shippuden, the sequel to the original series, had 500 episodes, airing from February 15, 2007, to March 23, 2017.
