Netflix confirms Frieren premiere for March 2025

Good news for fans of Sousou no Frieren (Frieren: Beyond Journey's End) ! Netflix has officially confirmed that the anime will be available in its catalog, further expanding access to a global audience.

Therefore, the anime Sousou no Frieren (Beyond Journey's End) will premiere on March 1, 2025, on Netflix in Brazil. The first season was animated by Madhouse , with 28 episodes shown on Crunchyroll .

It is worth remembering that the series had its 2nd season announced in 2024 with animation from the studio.

Synopsis Frieren:

Shortly after the demon king's defeat, the group of victorious heroes returns home, ready to part ways. Frieren the mage, Himmel the hero, Heiter the priest, and Eisen the warrior reminisce about their decade-long journey as the time comes to say goodbye.

Finally, the entire work is based on the manga written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe. It has been serialized in Shogakukan's Weekly Shōnen Sunday since April 2020.
