Netflix released the first trailer for the second season of Baki : Dai Raitaisai-hen this Thursday (21/05), highlighting the Raitai Tournament arc ( Raitai Tournament ), but the season will also cover the “Kami no Ko Gekitotsu” and “Revenge Tokyo” arcs from the manga.

In addition to covering the Raitai Tournament arc, the anime will include side stories from "Revenge Tokyo" focusing on the death row inmates from the anime's first season. The new season will return with voice actors Chafurin, Takehito Koyasu, Banjou Ginga, Kenjiro Tsuda, and Issei Futamata as death row inmates Speck, Hector Doyle, Dorian, Sikorsky, and Ryuko Yanagi, respectively.

Additionally, season 2 of Baki will premiere worldwide on Netflix on June 4th.
Baki premiered on Netflix in June 2018 in Japan, with 26 episodes ending in December of the same year. However, Netflix released 13 episodes outside Japan in December 2018, followed by the second part in March 2019.
The band GRANRODEO will perform the opening song ( OP ) “Jonetsu wa Oboteiru” ( Remember Your Passion ), and Ena Fujita will perform the ending song ( ED ) “DEAD STROKE .
The manga Grappler Baki by author and illustrator Keisuke Itagaki has been serialized since 1991 in Weekly Shonen Champion , but in 1999 it was compiled into 42 volumes. The manga continues to be published and currently has 137 volumes.
