The game is called Bleach Paradise Lost

This RPG uses your phone's location as a gameplay mechanic. In the game, you play as a Shinigami who must defeat Hollow monsters and protect your town. You can choose characters and skills when assembling your party, and battles are turn-based. There's also a story mode set in Karakura Town, Ichigo's hometown, and Soul Society.
