Boruto airing time has changed!
For the die-hard fans of the anime Boruto , the continuation of the Naruto saga, its release date has been changed in Japan. The date is now May 3, 2018, where it will be slotted into the schedule, airing on Thursdays at 7:25 p.m.
The previous date remains in effect until the end of April, being shown on Wednesdays at 5:55 pm. The change in day and time has no definitive explanation.
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, written by Ukyō Kodachi and illustrated by Mikio Ikemoto, premiered on TV Tokyo on April 5, 2017. Unlike the manga, which began as an adaptation of the film, the new saga begins as a prequel set before Boruto and his friends became ninjas. The arc being adapted was depicted in one of the films released in 2015. However, the studio behind it promises new developments.
