Rovio has launched a new version of the famous game “Angry Birds” for iOS and Android systems. The new game, called “Angry Birds Friends”, can be downloaded for free from the App Store and Google Play stores.
The new game will promote weekly challenges among the user's Facebook friends. The tournaments, which start every Monday, gain new phases every week, according to Rovio.
In addition to classic items that give special powers, such as King Sling, Super Seeds and Birdquake, “Angry Birds Friends” also has an exclusive power for the mobile version. Among the game's features are gold, silver and bronze trophies among your Facebook and daily rewards.
