The official website for the new anime Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin (Tensui no Sakuna Hime) has released a new promotional image to the public.
Therefore, the anime will premiere on July 6, 2024.
Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin Synopsis:
In the far east, there is the country of Yanato. Since ancient times, it has been believed that this land is home to two worlds: the world at the top, where the gods live, and the world at the bottom, where humans live. Sakuna, a high-ranking and somewhat clumsy goddess, resides in the world of gods. Thus, the daughter of a war god and a harvest goddess, she leads a lazy and carefree life, wasting the resources accumulated by her parents... But until one day, due to an unexpected incident, Sakuna is banished from the city of gods and sent to the isolated, demon-infested island of Hinoe!
