The official website for the highly anticipated CG film Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary has released a banner and several images showcasing the characters in detail. The banner art features the phrase "Save your Athena." Also, watch the trailer in low quality .
The feature film will retell the first phase of the classic manga: The Sanctuary Saga. We don't know exactly what the script will be. Rumors suggest the Brazilian may happen simultaneously with the Japanese premiere, as stated on the Facebook page of PiziiToys, an importer and distributor of action figures in Brazil. The project is being directed by Keiichi Satou, the same man responsible for Tiger & Bunny, and is being accompanied by Masami Kurumada.
The animation is due to hit Japanese cinemas in July 2014.
