New Pokémon movie delayed

The new Pokémon has just been postponed due to the COVID-19 , the information came through the franchise's own official website .

The film was supposed to be released on July 10th , but now we have to wait for the official website to announce a new release date.

It's worth remembering that the new anime was also suspended due to COVID-19 .

Film Synopsis: The new film takes place in the Okoya Forest, a paradise protected by strict rules that prohibit outsiders from setting foot inside. The film centers on Koko, a boy who was raised by Pokémon and also considers himself one, treating the Mythical Pokémon Zarude as his father. Ash and Pikachu encounter Koko during an adventure. Above all, the film focuses on the theme of a "human raised by Pokémon," rather than the previous films, which focus precisely on the reverse.

This film will be the 23rd in the franchise , and will be called “ Pokémon: Koko ”.

Some names known to fans of previous films return to the production of the film, such as Atsuhiro Tomioka and Hiroyuki Kato .

After two years, this will be the first anime film in the franchise, as the film “ Detective Pikachu ” was live-action , and “ Mewtwo Strikes Back ” was a computer graphics remake .
