New Pokémon film postponed

Pokémon film has just been postponed due to the COVID-19 , the information came through the franchise's official website .

The film would be released on July 10th , but now we have to wait for the official website to release a new release date.

anime series was also suspended thanks to COVID-19 .

Film synopsis: The story of the new film takes place in the forest of Okoya, a paradise protected by strict rules that prohibit outsiders from setting foot inside. The film centers on Koko, a boy who was raised by Pokémon and also considers himself one, treating the Mythical Pokémon Zarude as his father. Ash and Pikachu encounter Koko during an adventure. Above all, the film focuses on the theme of a “human created by Pokémon”, instead of the focus of previous films that do exactly the opposite.

This film will be the 23rd in the franchise , and will be called “ Pokémon: Koko ”.

Some names known to fans of previous films return to produce the film, such as Atsuhiro Tomioka and Hiroyuki Kato .

After two years, this will be the first anime film in the franchise, as the film “ Detective Pikachu ” was in Live-action , and “ Mewtwo Strikes Back ” was a Computer Graphics Remake .
