The official website for Sword Art Online II has started releasing a new promotional video for this weekend. The video features the new opening theme song, " Ignite ," featuring returning singer Eir Aoi .
The new series will adapt the third arc , Phantom Bullet, Reki Kawahara 's original light novel . The new arc in the fifth and sixth volumes introduces the heroine Sinon and the already known protagonist Kirito .
The premiere in Japan will be on Tokyo, MX TV on July 5th at 11:30 . Yoshitsugu Matsuoka will reprise his role as Kirito, the protagonist of the first season of the anime .
