It was announced by the franchise's official website that Hiroyuki Takei 's Shaman King will receive a new anime in April 2021 .
Therefore, the anime will adapt the 35 volumes of what is called the “complete version” of the manga .

The site also announced that the classic series that aired between 2001-2002 will be rebroadcast in Japan.
