Synopsis:
The plot follows a group of high school students, who are also warriors with special divine abilities. They all participate in a tournament, in which they need to use the power given by the gods to fight against each other and so the strongest emerges as the winner. The prize is the fulfillment of your greatest and most secret desire. However, they discover that there is a dark conspiracy behind everything.
The anime adaptation of God of High School will be directed by Sunghoo Park, with a script by Kiyoko Yoshimura and a soundtrack by Arisa Okehazama by MAPPA . The anime is certainly scheduled to premiere in July 2020.
The partnership between Crunchyroll and WEBTOON has already yielded good results with the adaptation of Tower of God.
Furthermore, Gat Obeu Hai Seukul or The God of High Schcool is a South Korean web manhwa written and illustrated by Yongje Park, being published since April 2011 on WEBTOON.
