The official website has updated fans with the new trailer for the Kuroshitsuji ( Black Butler ) anime. Therefore, the new season focuses on the Emerald Witch .

Therefore, the premiere of Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler -Emerald Witch Arc-) premieres on April 5, 2025 with animation by CloverWorks (The Promised Neverland).

Kuroshitsuji 'Emerald Witch' Arc :

The story begins with two men on horseback, hunting a fox. Their dogs disappear into a forest to pursue the creature. Both men are apprehensive about entering, as the forest is supposedly cursed, but decide to press on. There, they encounter a woman who warns them to turn back. Ignoring her cautionary words, they press on. After finding their dogs, they encounter a werewolf. They race out of the forest and arrive at an unfamiliar mansion. The villagers come out to inquire about their well-being. Both men eventually collapse with bloody noses.

Kuroshitsuji premiered in 2008 and gained a second season, titled Black Butler II, in 2010. In January 2014, it was announced that the series would receive a new anime adaptation. Unlike previous seasons, this one would faithfully follow the manga, adapting the Noah's Ark Circus arc.

However, to continue the manga's timeline, in 2014, they announced the Phantomhive Manor Murders arc as 2 OVAs of 1 hour each, shown in Japanese theaters on October 25 and November 15, 2014. In 2017, the Book of the Atlantic arc gained a film adaptation.

Finally, Crunchyroll announced during its panel at Anime Expo 2023 that the anime would return with the Book of the Atlantic arc in 2024.
