Great news for card game fans in Brazil and around the world: the third issue of Shueisha Weekly announced that a new anime series based on the famous Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise is in development. Titled Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V, this new series will premiere next spring in Japan.

This is the fifth season of the Yu-Gi-Oh! series, a project that joins the ranks of the famous Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters GX, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal. The final season of Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal II, a continuation of Zexal, premiered in Japan in October 2012.
