It has been announced that the anime NieR Automata Ver1.1a will have its return guaranteed on Japanese TV. According to information from the schedule , the series returns on February 18th with a "new episode".

Synopsis
NieR:Automata tells the story of androids 2B, 9S, and A2 and their battle to reclaim the machine-ruled dystopia invaded by powerful machines.
Humanity was then driven from Earth by mechanical beings from another world. In a final effort to reclaim the planet, the human resistance sends a force of android soldiers to destroy the invaders. Now, a war between machines and androids continues… A war that may soon reveal a long-forgotten truth about the world.
Finally, NieR:Automata was released for PlayStation 4 in Japan in 2017. Additionally, Square Enix released the game on PC in March 2017 and on Xbox One in June 2018.
