Despite missing out on the major E3 2013 conferences, Nintendo, as always, didn't fall behind. And so it prepared a Nintendo Direct for the event, where it revealed its latest releases for the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. Watch the videos of the games released in this incredible broadcast.
Pokémon X and Y
The presentation began with one of Nintendo's most famous franchises, Pokemon, which will gain two new games for the 3DS:
Super Mario World 3D
will be getting its second game for the Wii U with a 3D world. In this new game for the Wii U, the player will be able to choose between four playable characters and will feature a new cat costume, which will give Mario and his friends the power to climb walls.
Mario Kart 8
Version for the Wii U console, Mario Kart will feature new high-definition graphics, completely new circuits and a 3D track that can even turn upside down.
Games 3RD party
Nintendo showed a clip of some scenes from games from other producers that will release games for the Wii U, such as: Batman Arkham Origins and Splinter Cell: Blacklist
The Wonderful 101
was already revealed, with new gameplay footage. The game mechanics were explained; players will need to draw the way the heroes fit together to create weapons and attacks.
Bayonetta 2
Exclusively for Wii U, Bayonetta 2 has its first video showing gameplay footage.
Legend of Zelda wind waker HD
The Gamecube remake was shown, the entire game was remodeled to display HD graphics.
Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze
A freshly baked game for the Wii U featuring many of Nintendo's classic characters.
X
Game with giant robots also got gameplay footage
Super Smash Bros.
Nintendo closed the conference with news: one of the coolest games of all time, Smash Bros., will be coming to the Wii U with all the classic characters. Super Smash Bros. also had a surprise in store for the end of the trailer: the game will feature a new character, Mega Man.
