It has been announced that the manga adaptation of No Guns Life will premiere in the fall season, in October of this year. It was also revealed that the anime's opening theme, "MOTOR CITY," will be performed by Kenichi Asai , and the main cast was also revealed.

Karasuma manga is being adapted by Madhouse, with Naoyuki Itou as director, Yukie Sugawara as scriptwriter, and Kenji Kawai as music director. The main cast members announced include Junichi Suwabe as Juuzou Inui , Manami Numakura as Mary Steinberg , and Daiki Yamashita as Tetsurou Arahabaki .
