Nobunaga Concerto | Manga gets anime and live-action version!

The June issue of Gessan (Monthly Shonen Sunday) magazine announced that the story of Ayumi Ishii , Nobunaga Concerto , is being worked on into an anime series, and will also be live-action to be televised. Yuuki Kaji will be the voice of Oda Nobunaga .

The TV station that will premiere the anime will be TV Fuji , with its premiere scheduled for July this year.

Synopsis – The story revolves around Saburō , a high school boy who travels to Japan. He must become Oda Nobunaga, the famous warlord who helps unite Japan.

Ishii launched the manga in 2009 through Gessan, Shogakukan is publishing the 10th compiled volume. The manga was nominated for the fifth Manga Taisho Award in 2012.
