The official Twitter account related to the anime Non Non Biyori is announcing that the series will get a second season, the announcement was made at the anime's fan event in Japan.
The story of the first season takes place with Hotaru Ichijou who moved with her parents from Tokyo to the interior of the country. Now, she has to adapt to her new school, where there are a total of 5 students in the same class ranging from high school to elementary school.
Atto launched the manga in Monthly Comic in 2009, and Media Factory published the sixth volume in September. The TV series from director Shinya Kawamo together with anime studio SILVER LINK (WATAMOTE, Baka and Test) premiered in October last year.
