Synopsis
Duchess Leticia Dorman has been betrothed to Crown Prince Clarke since she was seven years old. She used to be a boisterous and free child, but the strict upbringing she receives to become a proper future princess has really limited her lifestyle. Leticia's only hope is that the prince may one day be interested in someone else. Therefore, when Clarke appears at a royal ball with an unknown woman at her side, Lettie is overjoyed, assuming that her dream has come true and her engagement is off.
She wastes no time in retreating to a quiet country life, but her newfound peace is interrupted when the prince appears and claims she is still his bride! Clarke is determined to win Lettie over and marry her, while Lettie is determined to resist her charms and escape her! Who will emerge victorious in this exciting battle of wills?
Finally, Sawano launched the Kisaki Kyouiku initially in August 2018 on the website Shosetsuka ni Naro ( in free translation: “Let's become writers” ). Shufu to Seikatsu Sha republished with illustrations by Miru Yumesaki. Sugata released a manga adaptation on the manga website “Comic PASH!” from Shufu to Seikatsu Sha in March 2020.
