The official website for the CG film Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary has just released the film's official synopsis. The story was already predicted and will take place in the 12 houses of the zodiac. Remembering the Portuguese website has already been released as well.
Directed by Keiichi Sato (Tiger & Bunny) and produced by Toei Animation, Legend of Sanctuary is scheduled to premiere in Japan in summer 2014. The film's release has also been confirmed in Brazil and other Latin American countries, where it is currently in negotiations with distributors.
Synopsis:
“ In a distant mythological era, there were the defenders of Athena. When the forces of evil threatened the world, these warriors of hope always appeared. Now, after a long period of war, a young woman (Saori Kido), worried about her mysterious powers, was unexpectedly attacked and saved by the Bronze Saint Seiya. Since then, Saori, who had begun to understand her destiny, along with Seiya and his fellow Bronze Saints, decided to head to the Sanctuary. However, there, in addition to facing the traps of the Master of the Sanctuary, a mortal combat with the most powerful of the Saints, the proud Gold Saints. ”
