The new anime Okinawa de Suki ni Natta will premiere in the January 2025 season, animated by studio Millepensee .

synopsis of Suki ni Natta
Teru Nakamura transfers to a school in Okinawa and falls in love with his classmate, Kyan. Although he thinks his dream school life is about to begin… until he realizes he doesn't understand a word of the local dialect she speaks! Luckily, Kana Higa is always around to translate, but she also has a secret crush on Teru…?! Thus begins a slightly different intercultural love story on the southern island, very different from Tokyo!
