Luffy tries to grab the key Gaban holds, but Gaban coats it with Haki and smashes Luffy to the ground, generating black sparks upon impact. The scene is so intense that even Nami and Road are shocked. Furious, Luffy counterattacks with a series of extended strikes, but Gaban dodges them with ease, demonstrating his superior skill.
