They were captured, probably by the world government.
This connection raises the theory that giants may have taught techniques to Galley-La Company founders and perhaps even linked to the creation of the Pluto ancestral weapon .
Loki, Rocks and the pain of a dark past

His face is completely shown: bicolor hair and similar appearance to Teach's. The explanation comes right after - this similarity is no coincidence.
