Meanwhile, Loki reveals his desire to join the Rocks Pirates once they return to Elbaf. In Hachinosu, we see the Rocks with powerful new members like Big Mom, Kaido, Silver Axe, and John . Rocks announces that Elbaf is essential to destroying the Holy Land.
Rocks, Legendary Fruits and the Giants of Galella
At the end of the chapter, Rocks lays out his grand plan : he needs two legendary Devil Fruits, one of which is on Elbaf. He also mentions that he needs to find the mysterious Galella Giants .
