What happened in episode 1127 of One Piece?
The episode begins shortly after Kizaru throws Luffy into Egghead's protective shield. In response, Luffy activates Gear 5, captures the Admiral, and throws him off the island! Even so, Kizaru—remaining his usual calm—flies back and resumes the battle.
The big reveal is that Gear 5 allows Luffy to finally match Kizaru's speed and strength, something his Gear Fourth couldn't. However, the Admiral still has a few tricks up his sleeve, managing to neutralize many of Luffy's attacks without much difficulty. And the best part: the fight is just beginning!
