The official website for the highly anticipated film One Piece Gold has released the trailer, revealing that Akainu (Sakazuki) will make a cameo appearance. One Piece Gold is scheduled to premiere in Japanese theaters on July 23.
The story follows Gild Tezoro, a casino owner who controls the enormous golden ship called Gran Tezoro. devil fruit who ate the "Gol Gol Fruit." He is an extremely wealthy man, said to own 20% of all the "Beli" ( One Piece ) in the world.
Hiroaki Miyamoto, assistant director of One Piece: Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island, is directing the film, and Tsutomu Kuroiwa (live-action Black Butler and Liar Game: The Final Stage) is writing the script. Eiichiro Oda is the film's executive producer.
The film was announced in August of last year, and the last film in the Luffy and co. saga was “One Piece Movie Z” which arrived in Japan in December 2012.
