One Piece – Luffy from Netflix visits Shonen Jump and shows what the place is like

Iñaki Godoy , who plays Luffy in Netflix 's One Piece , paid a visit to publisher Shueisha , the headquarters of the largest manga magazine in the world, Weekly Shonen Jump . He had the incredible opportunity to learn about the publisher's work and show a little of the place inside.

The official One Piece live-action channel shared a short video of Iñaki Godoy visiting Japan to show the inside of Shueisha. In this way, we can see through it what the workplace is like where One Piece and many other famous manga were produced. Furthermore, the actor also had the opportunity to meet Hiroyuki Nakano , the company's chief editor, and see the first pages of the manga drawn by Eiichiro Oda .

Anyway, the main cast of the series includes Iñaki Godoy as Luffy, Mackenyu Arata as Zoro, Jacob Gibson as Usopp, Taz Skylar as Sanji and Emily Rudd as Nami. The series premieres on August 31st on Netflix.

Synopsis:

The story revolves around Monkey D. Luffy, a young man who gained a body made of rubber after eating the magical fruit Gomu Gomu no Mi (the Rubber Fruit). Since he was inspired by his childhood idol, the powerful pirate Shanks the Red, Luffy decided to become a pirate and sail on a journey across the sea to find the mythical treasure, the One Piece, and proclaim himself the Pirate King.
