In this image, we can see that Netflix made a very faithful adaptation of Zeff's costume, including his boss's outfit, tall hat, and braided mustache. Zeff will be one of the most important characters in the first season of One Piece, as he was responsible for taking care of Sanji and encouraging him to travel with Luffy .
Sanji considers Zeff his own father because he taught him to cook, fight, and risked his life to save him. In the past, Zeff was a famous pirate, but he abandoned that career after losing his leg. Since then, he has taken Sanji in as a son and opened his own restaurant, the Baratie.
Finally, the main cast of the series includes Iñaki Godoy as Luffy, Mackenyu Arata as Zoro, Jacob Gibson as Usopp, Taz Skylar as Sanji, and Emily Rudd as Nami. The series will premiere on August 31st on Netflix.
Synopsis:
The story revolves around Monkey D. Luffy, a young man who gained a body made of rubber after eating the magical Gomu Gomu no Mi (Rubber Fruit). Inspired by his childhood idol, the powerful pirate Shanks the Red-Haired, Luffy decided to become a pirate and sail the seas to find the mythical treasure, the One Piece, and proclaim himself the King of the Pirates.
