The first 2016 issue of Shonen Jump magazine reveals that the new One Piece arrives on July 23, 2016 with the title “One Piece Film Gold”. The creator of the original manga “Eiichiro Oda” will be the executive producer of the film. Oda also served as executive producer of the previous film in the franchise, One Piece Film Z.
The first round of pre-sale tickets for the film will go on sale on December 18 in Japan.
The film was announced in August of this year, while the last film in the Luffy and company saga was One Piece Movie Z, which arrived in Japan in December 2012.
